Palm Beach Hotel Condominium-true Historic Landmark complete with the feel of a bygone era and many pleasing architectural details to discover. This vintage style 1 bedroom apartment (455 square foot) features a king size bed, separate living room and fully equipped kitchenette. Block from the ocean and pool in the courtyard for your enjoyment. We offer beach towels and chairs for your enjoyment.
There is an ongoing construction on the facade of the building M-Fr and around the pool.
The PBHC is a no-pet building. Service animals and emotional support animals are permitted with proper documentation and shot records provided
· Please be mindful of the volume after 11 pm and before 8 am.
· Please return the fob and keys, if received, to the front desk
· The AC can freeze up if temperatures are placed below 68. If it does, please turn off AC for a few minutes before restarting.
· NO Smoking, NO recreational substances
· NO Parties
· Please leave the sand at the beach. You can shower off next to the pool
· Please shower off tanning oils/lotions before getting on bedsheets and bedding.
