Great hotel at perfect location. If you have a car, a bit challenging to find because it looks like you are entering forbidden streets though you are not. Would have been helpful if hotel provided driving instructions. Rooms are modern, and service is wonderful. If visiting again, I’d surely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Palermo. The location was excellent, putting us within easy reach of the city’s main attractions and making it very convenient for getting around on foot. Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day before heading out to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with recommendations or requests, which added a lot to the overall experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean, though on the smaller side, so those who prefer more spacious accommodations may want to keep this in mind. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Palermo who values a prime location, good food, and warm service.

Hardly anything for vegetarians during the breakfast and hard pillows. Some random guy kept coming to my room every day knock and enter and when he realises i am in he says he's just coming to check the room which was very strange. Also got an accessibility room for some reason
