This elegant 4-room villa extends across approximately 130 m2 spread over 2 levels, accommodating a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the main level, the villa welcomes you with a stylishly furnished living room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, which serves as a decorative element, and direct access to one of the 2 terraces. The first double bedroom on this floor includes a private en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC, as well as its own exit to the terrace. A second double bedroom is also located on this level, served by a separate bathroom equipped with shower, bidet, and WC. The small, open-plan kitchen is fully appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and a freezer. Accessible via an exterior staircase, the lower ground floor hosts a third double bedroom complete with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, bidet, and WC. Please be aware that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 floors. When fewer than the maximum number of guests are in residence, one floor will not be made available for use.
