On the main level, the living area is warm and inviting with simple yet cosy furnishings, and it opens directly onto a roofed terrace of 8 m2 that offers a beautiful view of the sea and La Maddalena. An open alcove on this level provides a sleeping area with 1 bunk bed measuring 1 x 2, ideal for younger guests or additional occupants. A small kitchenette equipped with 4 gas rings and a freezer is also found on this floor, along with a first bathroom featuring a shower, bidet, and WC.
