Amazing four bedroom three full bathroom home with a great location along the St. John's River - Bass Captial of Florida. Easy access to private boat ramp, rod men reservoir, Ocala National Forest, Hiking, Fishing & Hunting. Plenty of parking enjoy this getaway location weather you are attending an event, temp work, fishing trip, etc .... One pet allowed in home with owner's permission and $75 pet fee for the entire stay, which is paid directly to owner not server. An additional pet may be allowed but must be approved by owner and an additional fee will be charged. Please inquire first. Nice back yard and plenty of space.

Nice Homeowner- Unpleasant Stay

There was constantly an issue with the cleaning lady and my employees. Things would disappear and reappear, my employees (construction workers) stayed there for 6 months and were harassed about the dirty dishes in the sink or the dirty towels and sheets left in the rooms. Other than that the experience was fine, rocky here and there, but no major complaints.

Very lovely home located in a very peaceful setting

Our family of six adults and two children enjoyed our stay in this home very much. It proved to be even nicer than the pictures showed it to be. The kitchen is modern with a lot of counter space and good lighting in the kitchen and in the eating area. Since it is located away from the city this is a good place to see the stars and hear the sounds of the tree frogs. Some of our family even heard a barred owl as well as the local rooster. Great place to unwind from the fast paced lifestyle and just enjoy the sounds of nature. Deborah was easy to work with as well and even sent someone to fix a problem that we discovered the same day that we called.

Nice Property

This was the first time I have booked through VRBO. The property was well equipped to handle the size family we had over to visit during our stay. The only disappointment we really had was that the gazebo on the water was not easily accessible as the pictures seem to depict. It was located across the street and behind another property. We did not feel comfortable walking onto someone else’s property to get to it. Maybe an access way could be created for that purpose. All in all our stay was quite nice.
