It was very clean. There are tiles throughout best ro have slippers during winter. Reception was polite and kept the laundry open for.me a little while longer past 6pm. Carpatking narrow for my largeJeep particularly when other vehicles same size. Great spot with the beach across the.road.

This room was perfect for what we needed. The suite was very spacious - it was nice to have the lounge area to relax in after a busy day. It was walkable to Waitangi Treaty Grounds as well as the main strip and beach, though there was a beach and cafe right there too if you wanted. We knew we would be out and about most days so didn’t upgrade to the beach view and that was fine for us - but if you plan to chill during the day and look out you probably want to upgrade. Very clean, housekeeping were excellent. We arrived out of hours by the bus from Auckland and communication and arrangements for check-in was spot on. Thank you.

Beautiful location, comfortable beds, amazing shower, amazing kitchen!! We had a top floor ocean view 2 bedroom suite with a washer and dryer and full amazing kitchen kitchen, amazing top floor patio and big living room! We loved it and will return if in in the in the area again! Beautiful place!
