Property and room was clean Just outdated supposed to be non smoking but we could smell smoke in the hallways and in our room during our stay Great people at check in and breakfast

Check-in took almost 20 minutes, clerk didn't know what they were doing. Was on second floor with heavy bags - they have no elevator. There was cockroach and other bugs in my room. Breakfast was bad - no meat other than biscuits/gravy and the biscuits were hard as a rock - and eggs were dry with no taste. I've travelled a lot over the last 30 years and this falls within the worst three places of anywhere I have been in the world.
