I booked a room with 2 queen beds. I forgot to change the number of people on the app so it reflected 1 adult. I've forgotten before and hotel staff say it doesn’t matter as long as you’re not over the 4, or room max. We were 2 adults and 2 children. At check in they wanted to charge me an extra $19 for the extra 1 adult and 2 children, not the price orbitz gave us. Complained and they only charged an extra $10. Later when I looked up the room again on Orbitz with the correct number of people, it still reflected the original amount i paid not the additional amount i was charged ay check in. Advertise one price and get shocked when they charge you more at check in!

When we booked the room it said absolutely nothing about a deposit. Got to the hotel and was charged a $50 deposit. Then when we left they said that the room smelled so bad refused to give us back our $50 deposit and said there was dirty diapers on the bed. the diapers that was left on the bed were brand new clean diapers never been used and there was nothing to make a smell in that room because there was no smoking at all in the room. They just have a tendency of ripping hard working people out of money. The manager was super super rude. Informed me that they was keeping my deposit for the washing bedding. The breakfast wasn't even worth eating. So I payed as much as I did.
