Won't be staying rest of trip

Beds were not good, barely slept. Water ran all over bathroom floor when in shower. Shower floor gave way every time you moved. Shower drain not fastened to floor. Blow dryer not working, when to front desk to ask for different one. Response was we are remodeling. Has nothing to do with the fact that I have dripping wet hair and no way to dry it. Not exactly how I wanted to start our anniversary trip in a baseball cap that thankfully my husband brought along. Pretty ridiculous. We will not be staying here for the rest of our trip.

Beds were pretty good. Rooms were clean. Receptionist was rude when we attempted to check in after spending 2.5 hrs in stopped traffic for a car crash and a snow storm. We have a 21 hr drive and arrived 4.5 hrs later than anticipated. Didn't appreciate the receptionists rudeness and unwillingness to check us in for a half hour after we walked in the building at 1:45 am. Said "if you would have called, I wouldn't have started the computer audit, so now you will have to wait 30 min". Half of our group was there 4.5 hrs prior and told the front desk that we would be there about 1:30 am.

Moldy Roof and No Quiet Hours

Easily the worst Country Inn I’ve ever stayed at. Ceiling tiles had mold on them. There was no parking available. The worst of all is everyone in this hotel was loud as could be and the staff couldn’t care less.

Friendly service but housekeeping issues

The first two rooms we were given had not been cleaned. Beds were not made. Front desk person was very apologetic and upgraded us to a suite. Vending machine with sodas/water was out of service.

Condition of room

Based on the reviews of other customers, i was hoping for an updated room. Furniture was very worn and old. Not sure if it was just our room. It felt like the room was clean however when you are tired from traveling you want to open up the door to a refreshing upkept area. It felt very 1970. Bathroom was much better.
