back of settee collapsed when autistc son on it, i repaired it, but it needs repair it is dangerous. I told sykes NO response very poor. Also implied is 2 minutes walk from beach is 8 minute drive at least.

The actual property location on Expedia is incorrect, only when receiving the Sykes confirmation was the correct location stated. I messaged the property owner via Expedia to request a cancellation but received no reply. The chalet is fairly dated but clean. WiFi has to be paid for at £10 a week which seems a bargain until you realise it’s unusable most of the time. The park itself doesn’t make it clear that the bar/restaurant is closed having been decimated in a storm 18 months ago… a thoroughly disappointing experience all round

The property wasn’t in the placeI it stated caravan Park.Atlantic Bays holiday Park . The post code we ended up in a farm. Not happy. Eventually after a1.30 hours we got to the above place. There was no information which lodge .The lodge itself was grotty needs to be updated wall in bedrooms need to be bit higher. I got a cold it was damp bit tight for family
