Estadia...sofrivel... sem factura ainda

Quando chegamos, pelas 15:00 não estava ninguém para nos atender. Tivemos que ligar para o telefone e esperar que nos abrissem a porta passado 10 minutos. A luz de emergência por cima da porta do quarto estava acesa a noite toda, o que faz com que não se possa dormir na escuridão; sempre que alguém entrava no hotel (no piso inferior ao do quarto) a porta do quarto tinha uma folga grande e batia. A troneira do lavatório pingava água; a tampa da sanita estava estragada; Por defeito têm dois invólucros individuais de gel de banho para duas pessoas, não há champô nem sabonete, por isso tivemos que pedir mais invólucros para lavar as mãos. A cama fazia rangia bastante, mesmo com os pequenos movimentos do corpo. O quarto era grande. Durante o pagamento pedi uma factura. Ficaram de ma enviar, passaram 3 semanas e ainda não recebemos nada.

Había reservado una habitación con cama de matrimonio y al llegar alli, debido a un fallo de acuerdo entre los propietarios, he tenido qe dormir con mi pareja en camas separadas. La recepcionista fue bastante borde, y no nos compenso nadie el error
