Salt Villa is located near Trapani, in the westernmost part of Sicily, on the edge of Trapani’s saltpans nature reserve, an area where the salt has been extracted over the centuries. Operated by WWF, the nature reserve with its typical windmills is a very important stopover site for many birds, particularly flamingos, on the migration route from and to Africa.
This beautiful, comfortable villa is characterized by bright and cozy interior.
It develops on one level and it has a living room with fireplace and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a further living room and five double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (with shower). There is also a depandance which offers 2 extra double bedrooms with en-suite facilities, and a common kitchen.
Outside the villa features a lush garden with lawn, patio, spacious panoramic terraces, ideal for having al fresco meals and an amazing infinity pool (6 x 12 meters) with hydro-massage corner.

The villa also comes complete with air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, satellite TV, Hi-Fi system, dishwasher and washing machine.

Salt Villa is the perfect base for exploring the charming surroundings, being positioned only a short drive away from the beach of Marausa Lido and the old town centers of Trapani and Marsala. Among the places that deserve a visit there are also the medieval village of Erice, the temples of Segesta and Selinunte, the Zingaro nature reserve with the popular beach of San Vito Lo Capo and the Egadi islands.

Neighborhood and surroundings
The province of Trapani extends in the westernmost part of Sicily.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day flexible except from 20 June to 29 August (Saturday).
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (subject to arrangement).
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity up to 400 kwh (over 400 kwh an extra charge of € 0,40 per kwh will be applied), final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, midweek set-up of the bedrooms and bathrooms, welcome buffet on arrival.

Tourist tax: not included, to be paid onsite.
