The staff on reception were wecoming and very helpful and when we needed a taxi one was successfully ordered for us. The room was wonderful and has everything in it that we needed. The breakfast was good with lots of choice.

Alessandro was extremely helpful providing guidance on how best to get to the hotel and retrieving items that I'd forgotten. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room. Spent 3 nights at the Hotel San Michele. Location is very convenient and a short walk to town. We used the valet parking which worked out great for us. Our room which looked into the courtyard was very clean and comfortable. Staff were great. Hopefully we will get a chance to return.
