If you want to wake up to birds singing and enjoy the country then this is the place for you. It is only about 15 minutes out of Alencon and the lace museum has the most wonderful exhibits. I wish we could have stayed longer, it is a beautiful area and Alencon is a delightful historical town.

Le Haut Montrayé
Delightful stay, the hostess was very patient with us despite our lack of French. Lovely lady who was very friendly and helpful. Lovely spread for breakfast. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!

Hôtel Inn Design & Restaurant Alençon
The staff and restaurant meals were excellent. Because we are elderly the only problem for us is that the toilet is very low.
