Multiple reception rooms create space for everyone to relax and come together, from the elegant sitting and family rooms to the large games room and dedicated playroom, which are perfect for children and adults alike.

The spacious kitchen sits at the heart of the house and flows naturally into the dining area, making it a welcoming space for long breakfasts, celebratory dinners and everything in between. Practical touches such as a separate laundry room, shower rooms and guest WC ensure comfort and ease for larger groups.

Upstairs, the house continues to impress with five beautifully proportioned bedrooms arranged over multiple floors. The principal bedroom benefits from a luxurious ensuite, while additional bathrooms and shower rooms are conveniently positioned to serve the remaining bedrooms. Each room has been designed to feel calm and inviting, offering privacy and comfort after busy days spent exploring the countryside or enjoying the gardens.

Just steps away, the annexe known as The Potting Shed provides a wonderful sense of independence within the property. With its own open-plan kitchen and living space, a spacious bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and shower room, it is ideal for grandparents, couples or friends who would enjoy a little extra privacy while still being part of the wider group.

The garden is where The Cottage truly comes into its own. Outside, you’ll find a swimming pool and hot tub, perfect for summer afternoons or relaxing evenings under the stars, alongside a generous outdoor dining area for alfresco meals.

Please note:
We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £4.70 fee for UK cards or £9.00 for international cards) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.
