Just don’t stay here no matter how convenient it is. The place is really rundown. We were greeted by three youths smoking weed in a room, sketchy people roaming the corridors. We had just been to South Africa and at no point felt as unsafe as we did here. Avoid at all costs. Staff were friendly and clearly have to deal with a terrible situation, I feel for them.

Pros: Room was clean and a good size, 24 hour checkin, parking outside, breakfast was very tasty with lots of variety, coffee/tea in room is always a plus, bed was very comfy with extra pillows in wardrobe, TV in room, free wifi, staff were polite, friendly & helpful. Cons: I had to pay £5 extra for parking because I'd booked through an external site, I wasn't made aware of this prior, the shower gel/shampoo was empty (they did replace it at reception but I couldn't do much about it at the time as I'd already started showering), The parking permit expired at 12pm which I felt was a bit harsh as I intended to spend more time at the service station.
