Good value

Excellent stay, good value, good facilities, happy with room overall. Only issue carpet maybe need replacement soon, was a bit wet and stained near entrance to bathroom. No big deal. Would stay there again.

The staff were friendly and efficient, but my accommodation was not up to standard due to the bath having “rust” and discolouration around the edge. However the hotel were very good and compensated me for this problem.

Great hotel close to Blenheim Palace and Bicester. Lovely breakfast. Only rating 4 stars as really difficult to get in contact with hotel beforehand but once we were there the staff was lovely and the hotel was a really convenient spot for our trip. We will definitely return on our next visit to Blenheim.

Family staycay.

Lovely hotel and staff. The only thing I didn’t like was seeing all of the laundry on the landing. It should be out of sight in a cupboard really. Facilities are very good, restaurants, pool and leisure club just great. Reception very welcoming and of a high spec. Coffee machine in room just superb.

Top class customer service

Fantastic stay. We had an emergency hotel booking as our car broke down nearby. The hotel staff were amazing and gave us a drink from the cooler to help destress us. Proper customer service, would highly recommend
