We loved our stay here. Our room was clean and well equipped with 2 beds, sitting area, bathroom, balcony/porch looking out to the river. Perfect place to stay in Ouray. Will book with them again.

I am very honest about my reviews! I truly would have given Hot Springs Inn an EXCELLENT but the gentleman who was working the morning shift on Sunday was very rude and not very kind unlike the lady who worked the night shift! She was awesome! Friendly and outgoing! Back to the gentleman from the breakfast shift, he would not even make more coffee when there was still 10 minutes left to eat breakfast. There were multiple people looking for coffee! Really, he said “done with coffee today!” Then asked for change for their laundry facilities and could hardly help with that! Was told we could go to the local gas station for change! I understand people have bad days BUT come on you are working with people that paid to stay at your place! Other than that one bad incident our stay was beautiful! Ouray is very quiet in the off season!

It says there’s a view of the river from every balcony, but we had the room that mostly had a view of a bridge/walkway. We still enjoyed the sound of the river.

This place is gorgeous, right by the river. The restaurant's a short walk away. There's four of us, and we stayed on the second floor with a view of the mountains and the river. The room was super nice and clean, and the bed was comfy. The staff is really friendly. I have no complaints. I totally recommend the Hot Spring Inn!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, which made it very convenient to get around. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and pleasantly decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall ambiance made it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel also felt safe and quiet, which added to the comfort. Everything was in great condition, from the bathroom to the furnishings. Overall, it was a great experience — clean, cozy, and perfectly located. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We were always greeted by friendly front desk staff who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious and clean, and the microwave and fridge were much appreciated. The location with the river right out the balcony provided a soothing background noise, and we enjoyed walking the 2 mile path along the river right behind the inn. The location was excellent and very quiet. We would stay here again!
