Yes room was very clean staff was super nice. There were 5 foxes that came arou d at night was very nice seeing them up close. I would recommend this place.

Location and hotel is great! Lobby staff is very friendly and helpful. No room service provided, awful and basic breakfast. Only few types of bread and that to served 2-3 days same old bread. Can do better for sure.

Our room was great! Clean,spacious, comfortable bed and best of all, the river was right out our balcony door. Peaceful hardly describes hearing the river running. In addition, the river walk can be reached from this facility as well. Not to be overlooked is the hot coffee and breakfast to get the day started. *in room coffee, microwave and fridge.

This place is right on the river and was clean and the manager was very friendly! There was not a hot springs pool in the property, but did have a clean hot tub! Little bit older facilities, and definitely geared for older adults. Seemed like plenty of parking, and we enjoyed having our own balcony to walk out on!

The location was incredible. Our back patio overlooked the creek and mountains. The walking path brought us to the hot Springs and to downtown.I'd stay here again in the summer

We loved our stay here. Our room was clean and well equipped with 2 beds, sitting area, bathroom, balcony/porch looking out to the river. Perfect place to stay in Ouray. Will book with them again.

I am very honest about my reviews! I truly would have given Hot Springs Inn an EXCELLENT but the gentleman who was working the morning shift on Sunday was very rude and not very kind unlike the lady who worked the night shift! She was awesome! Friendly and outgoing! Back to the gentleman from the breakfast shift, he would not even make more coffee when there was still 10 minutes left to eat breakfast. There were multiple people looking for coffee! Really, he said “done with coffee today!” Then asked for change for their laundry facilities and could hardly help with that! Was told we could go to the local gas station for change! I understand people have bad days BUT come on you are working with people that paid to stay at your place! Other than that one bad incident our stay was beautiful! Ouray is very quiet in the off season!
