You'll struggle to find a place to stay in the centre of Ouchi-juku. There's just 1 hotel within 10 kilometres, so you better hurry!

Get in fast and book a room at the Ookawaso. It's the only hotel near the main area.

The Onyado Toho can be found 19 kilometres from the middle of Ouchi-juku. Or, alternatively, the Hotel Route-Inn Aizuwakamatsu is situated 20 kilometres away. Two other hotels are the Ekimae Fuji Grand Hotel and the Aizuwakamatsu Washington Hotel.

After you've had fun in Ouchi-juku, take the time to explore Tohoku's other attractions. Visit the ruins in Tohoku. You could also make the time to admire its forests, lakes, mountains and active volcanos. Or join the locals in the snowboarding and skiing while you are here.
