Heated pool was very cold. Waterslide was not working. Suite has a kitchen but no dishes, utensils, stove top or pots, just a fridge, microwave and single-serve grounds coffee maker. Even a basic room has that. Elevator had no heat in it, hallways were cold. Poor selection for breakfast only hot food was eggs. Not accessible for wheelchairs, front lobby has a 12 degree ramp. Very difficult for a chair. TV has NO cable channels. Only streaming that you have to sign in to your own subscription. They only offer free streaming which is old re-runs and crappy tv. Very old and out-dated, needs insulation upgrades! Still asking $200 a night for sub-par motel. The only reason they did not receive 1 star was the service from their staff who tried to make things a little better. We will never stay here again!

The room was clean and comfortable. I also like that there is a balcony to go on. But this room had no heaters. It was very cold. The staff provided me with a portable heater and extra blankets which helped alot The complimentary breakfast was very good as well. I will definetly be staying again.

Our normal choice when visiting Belleville but the pool room had no heat, pool heater was broken and the water slide was off. Great stay except that i wasnt notified before hand about the pool n slide

Staff was great but the hotel is struggling. The elevator (only one for a hotel that size) is so slow. You have to take the stairs most times. The room I chose said that it slept 4 and there’s no way it slept more than 3 (2 were young kids). The amenities are all dated.

Balcony overlooked the parking lot, easy to check your car, and watch the trains go by! Parking is ample. No need to worry about finding a spot. The staff from check in to the breakfast area staff were very friendly, courteous and willing to help. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and with more than enough room - bed, fridge, chair and desk to work at if need be. I will not hesitate to book here again.
