First, I waited for someone to show up to the desk for about 15 minutes. I had booked a reservation with this property and while checking in, they had no rooms available besides a king bed and I needed a double bed. Being up for 24 hours, I went ahead and took whatever was available. They gave me no apologies or a perk for the mess up. Another thing that was a bother was that they came into the room even though I had the “do not disturb” sign up. They needed to leave a note to say they aren’t cleaning the room. I definitely will not be staying here again and I highly recommend everyone to find another place.

The staff was so friendly, helpful, and informative. The hotel was spotlessly clean, including my room. The hotel is close to good coffee and food options with a laundromat less than a mile away. Would absolutely stay here again if I stay in this region again. Absolutely recommend.

This was a great experience staying at this hotel. Hotel was clean, breakfast was GREAT! I've never stayed at a hotel where there were gluten free options as well as healthy yogurt options, egg white omlets and fruit. I was able to stick to my normal eating while on the road. Wonderful. Will only be staying at HIE from now on.
