I just loved it and so did my family the weather was perfect rhe indoor water park was cool my kids loved being in there the place was very clean the food was very good the rooms were perfect for my family and the beds were so comfortable the staff was very very nice we really had a great time there and it was our first time there too I would highly recommend people to stay there its clean , well staffed and very family oriented 10 out of 10 I would do it again.

The breakfast was good. Room service doesn't come into your room or deliver items like towels/toilet paper. If you need resupply of towels etc, you must pick them up at the front desk. The room didn't have a coffee maker.

Resort seems nice but we were unfortunate to arrive on a Tuesday. Only the resort website showed the water park was closed not Expedia. Plus we paid 159 while it was 100 dollars that day. Tried to chat with hotel but they said it was all with Expedia where I got nowhere.
