Carissa was amazing and very helpful. She was the front desk manager in the evening. And was very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, the front desk morning staff was not as friendly and helpful.

The carpet was a little bit old and needed to get cleaned. The beds were super comfy! The hotel is super quiet and has a peaceful atmosphere. The pool was very clean. The gym was very nice. There was ample parking. And we were five minutes from Starved rock.

It was an ok experience. I’m not overwhelmed or underwhelmed by the experience. I did not care for the chlorine smell in the shower or the number of kids running up and down the halls (3rd flooor). Would I patronize this establishment again? I’m not opposed to it.

Children were running the place, I saw no one working who was in their 30, not even close. Things were not open on time and closed early, it seemed like a high school student was the one who was making all the decisions. Crazy
