Ein tolles Haus mit Instandhaltungsbedarf

Wir verbrachten 10 Tage in dem Haus und haben es in Summe sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet enorm viel Platz, der luxuriöse offene Wohnbereich ist großartig und der Garten ein Traum. Ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub in Oostende. Die Architektur des Hauses ist spannend und macht Spaß. Es könnte absolut großartig sein - dafür bräuchte es aber etwas mehr Instandhaltung. Durch viele kaputte Details verliert es im Gesamteindruck - Dinge wie: nur ein Wasser-Rinnsal aus dem Wasserhahn der Toilette, kaputte Mückengitter, riesige Spinnweben im Schlafzimmer hinter der Küche. Mit etwas Instandhaltung und Aufwertung wäre das Haus also eine absolute Perle. So ist es immer noch gut und wer bei den genannten Themen ein Auge zudrücken kann, wird eine gute Zeit haben.
