Loved the unique layout of the room. Almost apartment-like and the balcony was perfect. Had breakfast in the restaurant and it was good food and amazing views. Wish it had an all day restaurant but the ones within walking distant were great.

Arrived at hotel to check in and the assistant manager was horrible. Absolutely no customer service. Watched and listened as he checked out couple before me and he was so rude. Eventually my turn and again so rude, said my room wasnt ready yet check in is anytime after 4 and it was 5pm while im standing there. I sent my husband in who then walked out with a room. Got to our room later that evening to see cockroaches running. Killed two of them and went to office to check out. They wouldnt refund me and offered to swap my room. Refusing, we returned to our infested room and then got woken up to cockroaches in our bed. Disgusted, we waited for a general manager. End result i did get my money back, but this all should never had happened. I was looking forward to my birthday weekend in NSB. This place needs either new management or shut it down!

Ocean view balacony

Nice hotel for the price on the beach. Rooms were suites with kitchen and sitting room. Balcony had ocean views. Funiture is older and could use updating. We enjoyed our stay.

Old..It’s all about Location

Very old and dated. Balcony door wouldn’t lock. Exterior windows separated bedroom from living room. Very wierd room set up. Ac condensed took up half of balcony. Smelled like pot or cigarettes in common areas and hallways. Fire alarm went off at 12:30 am. According to other guests for 3rd time in 4 days. Decided not to stay passed first night of my entire reservation as I didn’t like the hotel. Lipstick on a pig.

I never write reviews unless it would really help someone deciding on where to stay. This was the most dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Room looked like it hasn't been cleaned . The couch was so dirty I couldn't sit on it. The tile floor was dirty and stained like it hasn't been mopped in a long time. Doors in the hallway slamming shut. You can hear other the dogs barking from your room. You have to pay for parking even during construction where good spots are roped off.The AC couldn't keep the room cool. The staff is rude and nasty. If you ask them a question your lucky to get a one word answer. I would NEVER recommend this place. Please save your money and stay somewhere else!

Property is very dated. The furniture in the suite was filthy. Black marks all over upholstery. Blinds difficult to open. No housekeeping service. Told we had to request it and even after we did that, they still didn’t come. Witnessed unsanitary handling of dirty pool towels being rerolled to be used as clean towels. Staff were too laidback. Pool isn’t heated which was a major issue. I don’t think this location lives up to the Best Western status.

LOVED our beachfront stay here. The hotel isn't fancy but it's right on the beach, which was amazing. Our suite had a kitchenette, so we grabbed groceries and had our own mini-Super Bowl party. We would definitely stay here again.
