Best location, on the lake, awesome staff! Lots of dining / entertaining options within walking distance for both adults and kids. The room is loaded with a separate bedroom with twin beds and a sofa bed so lots of flexibility. Full kitchen (no microwave:(), huge fridge, cable TV. The only little drawback is that it smelt strong like oldish-cannabis-smoky weird smell and the AC doesn’t go to the bedroom so it is really hot. You can open the window which gives a noce breeze, but then it gets noisy with the birds around and the early risers in the morning. However, the staff being so friendly and the family vibe resort make it great. We would definitely go back!

The staff are very friendly. The front desk staff was very efficient and organized. They explained everything in detail and answered questions about the area. The location is wonderful with a private beach. The hotel even provides beach towels. The room was very comfortable. The bed was fantastic. There is very clear instructions on how to work the tv, air conditioning and the door lock. They use a code for the door which is perfect so you don’t need to carry a key or card to the beach. The hotel recycles everything which is another positive. The only downside to my stay was some of the guests were loud and partied very late. I would recommend this hotel for families or solo travellers.

Cable didn't work, on tv…. Poor reception. No hair dryer. No phone to the office. If you needed clean linens, you had to take the soiled ones to the office & replace them yourself.. no place to hang your close.

Location was great, and nice walking paths along the lake.. It was clean inside but outside was untidy. Bed was comfortable, and kitchen had all the essentials and everything worked. The cupboards had dishes, cutlery, coffee pot, kettle, toaster and all the basic pots and pans that we needed for a meal. All in all for an older motel, it had been renovated and well looked after.

The outside of the hotel was a little sketchy looking to me with steep stairs that were very hard to use with my newly broken toe. The room was really nice on the inside and the beds were average. I slept decently for a hotel bed overall. The beach was excellent; my 9 year old son and I enjoyed the family friendly shallower water and the enclosed swimming area and the decent sized beach. The view from our room was relaxing and stunning. Picture perfect view that made up for any other flaws. We enjoyed the waterfront deck for hanging out and eating dinner. Overall the hotel was lacking but the location was priceless.

When i booked it the basic queen bed room, the details mentioned it comes with lake view and smal patio and the details provided a picture of the room to confirm that. While this room costs 200$ per night the basic room with no view or patio cost 120$ therefore I picked the more expensive one for the patio and the view obviously! When we arrived we were surprised by having a first floor room with no view other than the parking lot and no patio too, and to make it worrest when I tried to contact the facility staff you find out that there is no one there to talk to and they just reply to your text and try to make you feel crazy when they claim that what i choose in first place. On top of all od that the facility is not gated or secured with any kind of safety measurements so any stranger can simply walk in and knock or slam your door. Overall it wasn't the greatest experience and you could find cheaper and safer option in Osoyoos

My daughter and I checked in. Room was 30 degrees Celsius. They offer long term rentals and the other tenants appeared intoxicated. Bags of empties sitting out in the hallway. Felt very unsafe and we left immediately.
