Private lake access was really nice. No beach towels provided or told in advance to bring your own. General upkeep of the place was close to poor. Very poor lighting in the room. Hard to read at night. AC was held together by masking tape. The shower came on whether the lever was pulled up or not. Water temps were switched in the shower (hot was cold, cold was hot). Reception desk closed at 5:00. Only online check-in after that. TV controls not user friendly.

Front desk People are very nice, as was the guy who had to come to our room to figure out the impossible tv directions. They really need to upgrade. Very inconvenient room and dirty floors. I had to wash my feet after walking barefoot in the room Staircases need a paint job and good cleaning. Office does not open until 10 a.m.

Had a wonderful stay with my family. Definitely will be making this a yearly stay with them. So convenient to have multiple bbq's you can use, and an electric air pump for your lake floaties. See you next year!

On arrival we were given the wrong code to our door but luckily they were there and gave us the correct code. Staff were very accommodating and cheerful. Rooms are old but kept very clean. Plenty of parking and steps to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will come back here.

My husband and I were really happy for our choice. This hotel with direct sand beach access. They provide towels for water activities. The price is very reasonable. The room is clean. The AC a bit noisy though.

A budget hotel with a great beach and view

We had a premium lake view room on the beach. The lake and view were fabulous. However, the condition of the room and amenities were very, very tired. The room was very clean.

Right on the beach, great room view. Right across street from a boardwalk. Kitchenette basic but is all you need. Couldn't see bathroom sink area bc bulb burnt out, but window in bathroom provided some light. After office hrs. check in was easy and owner texted wme instructions. Will stay again;)

The room was very clean and a good setup. The water temperature fluctuates alot (I assume related to others in the building using it) but the pressure was decent. The beach is very nice and the staff were wonderful!
