トイレの電気の点きが悪い代わりにセンサーライトがついていましたが、それもすぐ消えてしまうのは残念でした。洗濯機が使えたのはよかったです。使わせていただきました。ヘアアイロンがあれはなおよかったです。 寝室の電気が部屋の中で消せないので、スイッチが部屋の中にあれば良いのにと思いました。 個人的な感想ですが、玄関を開けた時の臭いが少し苦手な系統でした。

全体的には満足でした

全体的には満足でした。先ずは立地がとても良いです。地下鉄の駅が近くて、観光には通天閣、新世界も直ぐなのも素晴らしい。駐車場も問題なく利用できました。トイレの照明の人感センサーが直ぐに切れてしまうのは速やかに直した方が良いと思います。また宜しくお願い致します。

良い点は、ロケーション最高、駐車場あり、大人数で宿泊可能なのはここしかない、とってもリーズナブルという点。 気になった点は、お風呂場の下水道臭、押し入れや食器棚の中がめちゃくちゃで整理されていない、玄関の鍵がなかなかかからず力ずくで簡単に開けられそう、3階天井のコードがブラブラしている、洗剤が設置してあるような写真掲載あったが実際はないこと、パーテーションが安定せずガタガタで倒れそう、トイレの電気がなかなかつかないこと。特に困ったのは、人数が多かったのでソファベッドをベッド使用したかったが工具が必要でできないこと。せめてソファとして使えたら良かったが、ソファとしてもマットレス全てが斜めでずり落ちてくるので使用不可なのは困った。フラットにする方法がわからないならソファベッドはないと案内するか新調するほうがいい。結局3階押し入れの布団を運んでそれを敷くことにした。ドライヤーは１０秒使用後爆発音がし煙が出て使えなくなったが、問い合わせたところ翌日には対応してくれた。一日目は全員濡れた髪で寝ました。老朽化は値段を考えると仕方ないし理解してるので是非改善できる点はしてくれたら快適になるはずです。

近くにはメガドンキやコンビニも近く、買い物も行きやすかったです。 通天閣にも近く徒歩で数分の距離なので、呑んで食べたあとは、宿帰ってゆっくりできました！！ お部屋の中はとても綺麗です。家族5人で利用しましたが過ごしやすく、ゆっくりできました。 階段が急なので、小さなお子さんなどは注意が必要かなと思いますが、階段前のドア上部に鍵がかけられるので、事故防止になります。 その他は問題無く、とても泊まりやすかっただす。 初めて民泊を利用したんですが、ちょっとした事でも宿主さんには迅速な対応をしていただき本当に感謝しております。 とても良い旅になりました。 大阪に行く機会がある時は、また利用させて頂きます。
