Casa Nerelie is top for a quiet and beautiful stay

We were in casa Nerelie for the second time. This time we wanted peace and quiet, the beautiful view from the terrace of all the colors, listening for the bees and birds and enjoying our wonderful meals on the terrace. We came to visit old friends and family we had not seen for a long time. Casa Nerelie was exactly what we were looking for. Since 2016 Marco and Alessia made several additions like the roof over the terrace, the airco, the dishwasher and the woodpelletstove. We had a wonderful time although the weather was rather unsteady (wind, cold, rain) We had to use the pelletstove twice, it works perfectly. The rhird week we got the real Sardinian weather. Marco and Alessia looked after us very well. We were invited to their home in Orosei and had a very nice evening and a wonderful dinner. In short, we had a lovely time in Sardinia. A minor advice, put a small kitchencupboard underneath the microwave where you can put the pots and pans for cooking. If we come back to Sardinia there is for us only one place to go, Casa Nerelie!! A stunning villa in the countryside.

We stayed for two weeks during summer 2016 at Casa Nerelie and had a fantastic, relaxing holiday. The gardens and grounds made our stay outstanding because they create peace, freedom and privacy. The house was stunning, spotlessly clean and had every facility needed to relax, cook, barbecue, sunbathe and eat out on the beautiful veranda. We enjoyed many meals looking out over the garden as the sun set. There is also an outside shower under a huge olive tree that was really refreshing when sunbathing in the hot, August sunshine. Whilst at the house, the children had a great deal of fun playing in the fields, exploring, watching lizards and star-gazing at night. In Orosei - around 5 minutes away by car - there are bars, restaurants and supermarkets. We enjoyed the café on the marine road near the supermarket. I think it was called Viadelmarine21 or something similar. Our teenagers often went there for unlimited Wifi and a cold drink. At night, we went for a meal at a restaurant called Su Barghile in the old town. We sat on the roof terrace to eat and tried some local specialities. Marco and Alessia were extremely welcoming and helpful. They are very committed to making sure guests have the perfect stay. We felt the villa is exceptional value for money. We are a family of 6 and had more than enough room to chill out, spend time together or find a quiet corner to get away from each other and have a tranquil moment. Because the house is in the countryside, it is important to hire a car so that you are able to get to all the local amenities. Finally, you can't go to Sardinia without mentioning the beaches. Orosei has a long beach at the end of the marine road. This is easy to get to and park at. There are many famous beaches on the Gulf of Orosei, but our favourite beach was 10 minutes by car up the SS125. It was down the road to Fuile del Mare and is the first little beach you come to. The sand was soft and the sea is very shallow for many metres allowing small children to play in the sea safely. The beach had rocks to explore at either side and crystal clear turquoise water. There is also a small bar, very close, to get drinks and sandwiches from. At Sos Alinos, just around the corner there is another supermarket to pick things up from before heading home. We recommend the villa to anyone looking to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. Villa Nerelie is absolutely wonderful!

Das Haus: alles wie in der Beschreibung. alles funktioniert. Das Haus ist in perfektem zustand und sehr sauber. Hohe Räume machen ein super Raumklima. Fliegengitter ermöglich schlafen bei offenen Fenster. In vier Wochen Urlaub haben wir die Klimaanlage nur eine Nacht aktiviert. Internet wurde beruflich gebraucht. Stabil und schnell. Top! die SS125 laüft direkt hinter dem Haus, bis auf ein paar sehr laute Motorräder stört der Lärm gar nicht. In der Nacht absolute Ruhe. Die Gegend: Supermarkt in der Nähe. Viele ausgezeichnete Restaurants in Orosei. Viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen abseits von Strand und Meer. In vier Wochen haben wir lange nicht alles gesehen und werden sicher wiederkommen. Die Eigentümer des Hauses: superprofesionelle Übergabe. alles war top organisiert. Marco war immer erreichbar und hat immer prompt reagiert. Supertips für Öl und Käsekauf gleich bei der Ankunft. Fazit: Marco & Alessia , danke dass wir zu Gast sein durften. Wir kommen 100% wieder.

Très bel endroit en pleine nature

Très bel endroit dans la nature. Gîte très très bien équipé que ce soit en vaisselle, en ustensiles, torchons et...restes d'épicerie qui dépannent bien avant les courses. Petit bémol lorsque l'on est 6...WC dans l'unique salle de bains....il y a la queue !! Marco est très prévenant et son accueil chaleureux.

schöner Aufenthalt auf weitläufigem Grundstück

Alleinstehendes Haus im Hinterland von Orosei auf weitläufigem Grundstück mit Mandel- und Olivenbäumen. Die nahegelegene Schnellstraße ist nicht sichtbar, nicht stark befahren und der Verkehrslärm auch nicht störend. Die Gastgeber sind nett und aufmerksam. Im großen Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub braucht, sogar Sonnenschirme für den Strand. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen, vielen Dank!

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, haben im August 2018 in diesem Haus 3 wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Insbesondere die Lage in Mitten von Olivenbäumen und der vielen anderen Bäume und Pflanzen macht dieses Haus zu etwas Besonderem.  Die nahe Landstraße haben wir zwar gehört, sie hat uns aber keineswegs gestört. Das Haus, insbesondere die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigten. Einzig auf den Luxus einer Spülmschine muss man verzichten. Handtücher waren reichlich vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage hat zuverlässig ihren Dienst erfüllt, was insbesondere im August wichtig war. So konnten wir ohne weiteres auch mal ganze Tage im Haus verbleiben bzw. die Terrasse genießen. Die Terrasse ist neu überdacht, spendet viel Schatten und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Auch die beiden Grills haben wir fleißig genutzt. Nicht zuletzt die Gartendusche unter dem Olivenbaum hat uns super gefallen. In unmittelbarer Umgebung von Orosei befinden sich einige große und sehr schöne Strände mit kristallklarem Wasser. In der Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte und Restaurants. Summa summarum können wir das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.  Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt sehr gut. Letztlich möchte ich noch die Freundlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit der Vermieter Allessia und Marco hervorheben. Beide gaben uns von Beginn an das Gefühl, Willkommen zu sein und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Entspannend und "tierisch interessant"

Alessia und Marco sind sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieter. Wenn etwas anfiel, das gerichtet werden musste, war Marco innerhalb weniger Minuten da. Platz ist reichlich vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist zwar schlicht, dabei aber ansprechend gestaltet. Einzig das Schalfzimmer im Dachbereich sollte nicgt unbedingt von den größten Besuchern bezogen werden, da bauartbedingt eine eingeschränkte Stehhöhe besteht. Das nächste Nachbarhaus ist weit weg, so dass man sich weder gestört noch beobachtet fühlen muss. Die Bepflanzung in unmittelbarer Hausnähe ist schön angelegt und bot zu unserer Zeit vielen Insekten Lebensraum. Mindestens 4 oder 5 Schmetterlingsarten, große Grillen, Stabschrecken, 2 Gottesanbeterinnenarten, 2 Leuchtkäferarten, mit etwas offenen Augen ließ sich viel entdecken. Zudem ein Walzenskink, mehrere Eidechsenarten und sogar - und ich betone es: auf Sardinien gibt es nur ungiftige (!!!) Landlebewesen! (außer wohl eine eingeschleppte Spinnenart) - eine Zornnatter ließen sich beobachten. Für die Unterkunft und das Grundstück gerne 5 Sterne. Der einzige Nachteil ist die Nähe zur SS125. Besonders morgens um 7 herum gab es ein paar Motorradfahrer, die das lange Teilstück, an dem das Grundstück liegt, für Hochgeschwindigkeitsfahrten nutzten. Insgesamt hielt sich die Belästigung durch den Verkehr aber in Grenzen, zumal die Terrasse durch das Haus abgeschirmt wird. Dieser Punkt "Straßennähe" würde aber keinen ganzen Sternabzug rechtfertigen, deshalb bleibt es bei 5 Sternen. Man kann sich hier also herrlich erholen, meine Frau hat es wirklich genossen. Strände sind in der Umgebung gut zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen - auch wenn es für 2 Personen 5 Euro kostet - den Strand im Naturschutzgebiet südlich Orosei, Spaggia di Su Barone. Mit Kleinkindern eher im Norden die Bidderosa (kostet aber mehr), und davon teils südliche Strände, da dort die Wassertiefe nicht so schnell zunimmt wie bei dem Su Barone.

schönes Haus, nette Vermieter, laute Straße nahe am Haus

ein sehr schönes Haus, leider nur ~70m Luftlinie von der SS1125 (Hauptverbindungsstrasse N/S an der Küste). Teilweise viel Verkehrslärm, besonders früh morgens, nachts sehr wenig Verkehr, offene Fenster nachts aber eher ein NO GO ! Großer Garten, große Terrasse. Sehr nette Vermieter, sehr hilfsbereit. Im Haus alles prima, alles vorhanden (keine Spülmaschine, war uns aber bewusst). Haus ist sehr gut in Schuss, alles ziemlich neu und prima.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage, bei dem an alles gedacht ist.

Wir (2 Erwachsene und eine sechsjährige Tochter) waren Ende Oktober 2017 in diesem wunderbaren Haus und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in kompletter Alleinlage, von Nachbarn ist weit und breit nichts zu sehen. Die Küstenstraße SS125 liegt knapp 100m entfernt, vorbeifahrende Autos (nachts nur sehr gelegentlich) sind natürlich zu hören, stören aber auch bei offenem Fenster nicht. Die Lage bei Orosei bietet viele Möglichkeiten vom Strandleben (in Orosei ca. 10min oder traumhaft Berchida ca. 30min) bis zu Wanderungen (diverse Bergwanderungen im Umkreis von 30min - alles jeweils Fahrzeiten mit Auto). Und in Orosei gibt es alle Möglichkeiten des Einkaufs und Essengehens. Das Haus bietet viel Platz (ist ja auch für bis zu sechs Personen) mit gemütlichen Sitzecken und einem großen Esstisch im Küchenbereich. (Es ist größer als es auf den Bildern wirkt.) Die Ausstattung und Dekoration ist liebevoll und gemütlich. Die Küche besitzt einen Gasherd, einen Elektro-Backofen und eine Mikrowelle und ist komplett und praktisch ausgestattet. Vom Toaster, über jede erdenkliche Größe von Töpfen und Pfannen bis zum Flaschenöffner ist alles da. Es ist selten, dass uns beim kulinarischen "Austoben" nichts fehlt, hier war aber wirklich alles da. Das Haus besitzt ringsum eine große Terrasse mit diversen Gartenmöbeln und einem Esstisch außen, der über einen praktischen Sonnenschutz verfügt. Auch ein Grill und eine Feuerstelle sind vorhanden. Und unsere Tochter war begeistert von der Schaukel in einem der großen Olivenbäume und dem Strandspielzeug, dass Alessia uns bei der Ankunft zeigte. Fazit: Ein wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage, bei dem an alles gedacht ist. Und der Kontakt mit Marco und Alessia funktionierte immer prompt und problemlos. Auch vor Ort hätten wir sie bei Fragen oder Problemen jederzeit erreichen können.

Nous avons passé 2 très bonnes semaines de vacances avec nos deux enfants dans cette maison. L'endroit est fidèle aux photos et très agréable à vivre. Il y a tout le confort (lave linge et climatisation) et Marco a toujours été là pour nous conseiller. Je vous conseille l'agriturismo à Sos Alinos, repas inoubliable et la plage Spiaggia sa curcurica (5€ pour la journée mais ça a été notre préférée). Je recommande fortement cette location.

Schönes Haus mit allem Komfort

Wir sind im März da gewesen, er hat uns gleich die Heizung(Zentral im WZ)angestellt und falls das Bad trotzdem zu kühl wäre noch einen Heizlüfter reingestellt. Wir waren noch im Norden wo wir keine Heizung hatten und das hier bei Marco für die Jahreszeit wirklich super. Dann hatte ich an der Garderobe hinter der tÜre bei Abreise meine Jacke mit wichtigen Dokumenten vergessen, die konnte ich später ohne Probleme mit einem extra Termin abholen. Wirklich freundlich und bemüht, und es fehlt einem an nichts. Er hat jede Hilfe Angeboten, sogar ob wir etwas benötigen für unseren Husten(wir waren leider noch erkältet). Toller großer eingezäunter mediterran angelegter Garten, duftende und blühende Rosmarienbüsche um den Grillplatz. Gerne wieder Grüße Guido,Honorata und Nathaniel

House was exactly as shown in the ad and also very clean.

We had two wonderfull weeks staying in villa "Nerelie". Enjoyed the location in the countryside, the space and the quietness. Loved the grilli-concert we had every night. Orosei, only a short distance away by car, is a very old town with a very old and interesting city center. When we visit Sardinia again our choice will certainly be villa "Nerelie".

Schön, ruhig und Stressfrei

Das Haus ist ist sehr sauber und prima zum entspannen und ausspannen , Marco & Alessia waren sehr nett und haben uns prima geholfen. Es ist etwas abgelegen und dadurch sehr ruhig. Mit dem Auto 5-10 Minuten nach Orosei und 15-20Minuten zum Strand

Vacanza fantastica!

Siamo stati una settimana con due bambini. Casa veramente bella, leggermente defilata dal centro di Orosei permette di godersi al meglio la natura della Sardegna mantenendo però alcuni indispensabili confort. Giardino enorme e perfetto per i bambini. Si raggiungono in macchina tutte le spiaggie della zona che sono una più bella dell'altra. Un ringraziamento a Marco e Alessia, veramente disponibili.

Très bon séjour à la Villa Nerelie

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la Villa Nerelie. Nous y avons dormi 9 nuits et en avons largement rayonné dans le Golfe d'Orosei. Très bon accueil de Marco et sa famille. La maison, la terrasse et le jardin sont bien agréables.

Schönes modernes Haus in guter Lage

Wir hatten mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene + 2 kleine Kinder) eine tolle Woche bei Alessia & Marco in Orosei. Das Haus liegt super, ein paar wenige Kimometer außerhalb der Stadt, nur wenige Autominuten von den schönsten Stränden am Golfo di Orosei entfernt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Bei Fragen helfen die Vermieter freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert weiter. Klare Empfehlung!

Tolles Haus. Günstige Lage

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) haben im Haus Gollei drei Wundervolle Wochen verbracht. Alessia und Marco kümmern sich aufopferungsvoll um das Haus und die Gäste. Im Westen und Osten hat Marco jeweils Mandelbaum und Olivenbaumpflanzungen angelegt. Auch der kleine Garten, ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Terasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Das junge Haus (4 Jahre) ist sehr ordentlich und sauber. Im Garten kann man sich nach einem langen Strandtag unter der Gartendusche schnell erfrischen. In der Umgebung kann man sehr gut alle bekannten Strände anfahren und auch Ziele im Landesinneren sind gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist auf jedenfall zu empfehlen. Falls Marco und Alessia das lesen..:) Danke auch für die leckeren Kartoffel. Wenn wir nochmal nach Sardinien fahren, werden wir an Euch denken. ;)

Entspannter Urlaub im Landhaus

Zum zweiten mal haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Casa Gollei genossen. Das Haus ist ideal gelegen. In 10-15 Minuten erreicht man die schönsten Stränden der Insel und nach Orosei dauert es nur 5 Minuten. Wir haben uns in dem modern eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und viel Zeit auf der schönen Terrasse verbracht. Hier kann man sich entspannen und wohl fühlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - nochmal vielen Dank für alles!
