Welcome to Champions Gate! Enjoy your stay in this beautiful 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa, tucked away in the Retreat resort community of Champions Gate. A 9 minute walk to the Oasis Club clubhouse, waterpark and pools. Just 15 minutes from Mickey's front door and close to all other parks and amenities, this home is the perfect vacation destination! This 6-bedroom, 6-bath luxury villa with game room sleeps 14 and is packed full of entertainment and conveniences.

Main level has 2-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms. The living room is centered around a large 85" 4K smart TV with a beautiful wrap around sectional. Air hockey table is in the living room space to enhance your entertainment needs. The upgraded cabinets, granite counter top and stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen will add a sense of home to your vacation. The well equipped kitchen is the best spot to prepare a delicious meal or grab a quick bite to eat before heading out the door.

Upstairs has a spacious loft with comfy furniture and two 55" smart TVs, PS5 and XBOX1 gaming system with games and remotes, 4-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms. Each bedroom is spacious and luxurious, sleeping a total of 14 guests.

The garage has been re-purposed as a game room. Includes theater style seating for 9 persons, an 85 inch smart TV, a pool table, and a classic arcade machine with 30 titles!

Do not forget about the enclosed west facing pool and spa which provides hours of fun and sun for all your guests! Pool is west facing.

This property was not as expected, the villa was very run down and in need of repairs. The ceiling roofs were cracked and the vents were dirty. The cinema room was so hot with no air con that it was impossible to use. This property is over priced for the condition it was in, stains on the carpets as well. When we arrived the security guard at the gate had no record of our booking and would not let us in. We contacted the host who then let them know, so that took at least 3/4 of an hour after a long journey that we could have done without. The window seals are broken so it was impossible to see out of them at any time due to the condensation.

Overall, we loved our stay at this beautiful property. Only negative was trying to work some of the TVs. Two of the room TVs simply said "no cable connection" and as much as I troublshooted myself, it didn't work for us. Also, would help to have a gaming account to utilize that feature. Was no use to us since we didn't and couldnt get around that. Other than this minor issue, overall they get 5 stars! Loved it.

We enjoyed our stay. The grandkids loved the pool. Lots of space to spread out...there were 12 of us! The host answered our questions in a quick manner. Even at 11:00 at night! The only issue we had was the roads being very narrow with street parking.

The house had everything you could need for the kitchen with plenty of plates, silverware, pots and pans, etc. The highlight for the kids was of course the pool and the hot tub for the adults.
