Upstay presents this themed 19-guest capacity home, perfect for movie fans! Spiderman, Indiana Jones, Moana and Star Wars are some of the featured theme bedrooms. Located at the secure Bella Vida Resort, this home offers beautiful lakeside views from your own private pool. The sundeck also has a hot tub and BBQ grill. Movie nights will be a blast projected onto the big screen in the theater room, and kids of all ages will love playing in the jungle themed games room.

The Space:
The 10-bedroom home you'll be staying in can host up to 19 guests at a time. If that's not enough space we're jealous you have so many friends! You'll find three bedrooms on the ground level of the home; a spacious King, a comfy Queen, and a Star Wars theme kids room with two twin beds. The remaining bedrooms are all located on the second level of the home. There are 4 more theme bedrooms, each with cool mood lighting, featuring murals and decals of Moana, Spiderman, Indiana Jones and one with a gamer design. All of the expertly designed bedrooms have smart TVs and complimentary wifi, so you can stay connected throughout your entire vacation.

After a long day at the parks, you'll love winding down by watching movies on the massive projection screen in the theater room. We've added comfy recliners with their own cup-holders for the full cinematic experience. There's even a kitchenette for making pre-movie snacks.

Speaking of snacks, let's talk about the kitchen. It's an absolute masterpiece! You'll find top-of-the-line appliances, a spacious island countertop, and fully stocked cabinetry. Whether you're a culinary genius or a fan of takeout, we've got you covered. It features not only one, but TWO full sized fridge/freezer combo units, and TWO large capacity dishwashers to handle the clean up!

This house has a gorgeous screened-in back patio that faces a lake view (RE: extra privacy without any rear facing neighbours). It features a beautiful private swimming pool and spill-over jacuzzi hot tub. There are sun loungers, an outdoor lounge, and even a poolside dining area with a BBQ grill. And when you've had too much sun for the day, head on over to the garage-turned-games room! We've decked this space out with a cool jungle theme, added some family favs like air hockey and shuffleboard, threw in a ball pit and a couple of big screen TVs, and topped it off with a tiki bar! But don't worry - there's still plenty of free onsite parking on the driveway, and any overflow can park at the clubhouse.

Guest Access:
Parking
• Up to 3 vehicles can park in the driveway. Guest can also park to the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles.

Property Access
• Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard.
• Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc).

The Neighborhood:
Located in the desirable Bella Vida Resort community, this vacation home offers easy access to a multitude of attractions. From the famous theme parks, including Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort, and SeaWorld, to championship golf courses, shopping outlets, and a variety of dining options, there is something for everyone just a short drive away. Just a few miles from Walt Disney World, off US192 in Kissimmee.

Guests enjoy access to the resort facilities including, a large community pool and sundeck, sports courts and jacuzzi hot tub. It’s a great resort for families, there is a playground and the resort pool has shallow entry for younger children. Teens will enjoy spending time at the basketball and volleyball courts. You will also find a gym, table tennis, and foosball at the clubhouse.

Area attractions include all 4 Disney theme parks (Walt Disney World, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom) plus both Disney water parks (Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon), Disney Springs, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, the all-new Volcano Bay water park at Universal, CityWalk, SeaWorld, and Discovery Cove.
