We had an amazing stay at this home and truly can’t say enough good things about it.From the moment we walked in, you could tell how much care goes into this place. It was absolutely spotless—one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in—and everything was exactly as described, if not better. It made us feel comfortable right away.What really made this place special for our family were all the extras. The pool was a huge hit, and the game room kept everyone entertained for hours. The sauna was a nice bonus for relaxing after long days, and the large movie room quickly became a favorite—our grandkids loved having movie nights together in there. It really gave us that “home away from home” feeling, with something for everyone.Communication with the host was excellent. Any time we had a question, we had a response within about an hour, which made everything easy and stress-free.The location worked out great for us as well. It’s about 10 miles from the parks, and while traffic can vary, we found it very manageable and well worth it for such a beautiful place to come back to.The best part? Not once did we hear the kids say they were bored—which says everything.This home delivered on everything it promised and more. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and fun place to stay with family.

There were some good and bad experiences staying here. The first thing that went wrong was that the code they gave us to get in did not work and then the lockbox key did not fit the door either. They finally gave us a code that worked. I feel like the game room is the main attraction other than the pool and there were issues with that as well. The pool table was broken and unlevel and they attempted to fix it with putting cardboard underneath which did not work. The pool sticks were broken so they brought new ones but they didn’t have the felt on the end just hard pice. The bunk beds were cracked in some places, the basketball hoop on the game was bent as well. The house seemed to be nice but if you look the paint is chipping and in multiple places, the floor is separating upstairs, the included utensils are falling apart, the pool screen doors do not lock. The hot water is barely there and to take a shower I had to turn it to the hottest setting and the pressure is not good. The company did try and fix a couple things like unclog a drain and fill the pool but obviously they cannot fix the overall house condition. The gate closest to our house was broken our whole stay so we had to go through the furthest gate to get in and out. The good things were that it was a good distance from Disney and other shopping, the clubhouse is nice, and the pool and hot tub were in good condition and were heated for our stay (extra charge). I probably will not be staying with this company again

Great space and definitely met our needs as a multi-family stay. The themed rooms are so fun, and the kids had a wonderful time with the game room and pool area. There is a master suite on first floor but no other suites connected to a private bathroom. 2 of the main king bedrooms on 2nd floor are connected to the kids' rooms via jack and jill style bathrooms. There is slight wear and tear throughout that could be fixed by a paint job here and there. The top rack of dishwasher kept falling out as there is a stopper missing (reported to host).Definitetely recommend having pool heated during colder months. It made it very enjoyable for the family. You have to choose between hot tub and main pool but can switch back and forth and was not an issue in keeping it comfortable. Grill is also an additional fee but sits to the side of the house so seems like it would accessible, just didn't feel it was worth it.Location is great being very close to a back entrance of the resort but also walkable distance to the clubhouse via a bridge, about 10 minutes with kids in tow. All in all a lovely stay. We have been at full 5 star houses which makes us very picky...wish I could choose a 4.5 or higher but it is either 4 or 5 and I can't say it is perfect but again very nice and would stay again.

We appreciated having a place that could accommodate our large family group. However, there were several disappointing aspects of our stay. The dishwasher was banged up, some of the shower heads were faulty, and there was a very limited supply of basic items like toilet paper and paper towels. We were also surprised by the additional fee to heat the pool, which felt unnecessary. Additionally, the home did not feel particularly clean—it seemed as though it was cleaned just enough to prepare for the next guest rather than thoroughly refreshed. Overall, these details made the experience feel less thoughtful than expected, and improved customer service would have gone a long way. Lastly, grocery delivery did not work well at this location; we experienced three failed delivery attempts, which future guests may want to plan for.

We stayed 5 nights in November for a family trip to Disney. 9 adults and 6 kids ages 2-7. House was spotless, well supplied, and themed rooms were a huge hit for everyone! Host was great. Responded quickly when we needed a crib and grill ordered. Neighborhood pool was great too. We had a great stay. Highly recommend!

Our family, 3 generations, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms for a large family. We cooked in for several meals and found it stocked with a nice assortment of pots, pans, and appliances. Parking is convenient. The kids loved the game room, themed rooms and we also enjoyed the Bronson Club lazy river. Would definitely stay here again.

Villa was run down. Few of the things in games room weren’t working. The pool table was in awful condition and you couldn’t really use it. Outside area around pool had weeds, dirty floor and dirty sun loungers. The air conditioning unit upstairs is super loud. There were 5 pool towels to share between 11 guests!?! The back door to pool area looks like it’s been tampered with many times and also some frame of window at the back was bent as if someone had tried to break in. Pool cleaner and maintenance just pulled hard on back gates to gain access to the back yard. A concern was the safety of the resort. The main entrance had security but the entrance near our house after day 1 remained permanently open - a little alarming given previous reviews of safety concerns. Communication with host was fine. The pool was clean and heating worked well. Villa was reasonably clean when we arrived. Beds were comfy. But when we compare to villas we have rented in reunion and encore resort, we felt it was run down.
