Great location; quiet resort

Rental unit has newer floors, updated furniture, and nice beds. Located on the pond - great view. However, it needs a thorough cleaning - fans, vents, cupboard doors, inside cupboards. Baseboards are marked and look dirty, need painting. Patio blinds are broken and cannot close. Most appliances are 16 years old - fridge was broken the day we moved in, a burner on stove would not shut off. Property mgmt brought a mini fridge after 3 days (main fridge still broken), and brought kitchen basics when requested. This could be a beautiful rental if the above were corrected.
