The Space:

Step into your own slice of Florida sunshine — a four-bedroom, screened pool home tucked inside the sought-after Lindfields community of Kissimmee. With warm days, a sparkling private pool, and some of the world's most iconic theme parks within easy reach, this is the kind of place where vacation memories get made fast.



Living space

Rich wood flooring runs through a bright, open main level built for easy living. The lounge area wraps around plush seating and a large TV, with direct access to the screened pool patio, so the line between indoors and outdoors stays blissfully thin. A dedicated workspace and a flexible nook with a couch sit nearby, useful for anyone who needs a quiet corner between adventures.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything a group needs to cook and eat well together — refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, hot water kettle, wine glasses, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Cooking basics are stocked, and a dining table gives everyone a proper place to gather for meals.



Sleeping arrangements

The main-floor primary suite features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs, a queen bedroom and a twin room — ideal for younger guests or extra travellers — share a full bathroom. A fourth bedroom completes the layout, giving the home comfortable flexibility for groups of up to seven across seven beds.



Bathrooms

Two and a half bathrooms serve the home. The ensuite off the primary bedroom includes a bathtub, while a shared full bathroom sits upstairs for the remaining rooms. A half bath on the main level adds convenience for daytime use. All bathrooms are stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel.



Game room & extras

The converted garage has been transformed into a dedicated game room — a ready-made spot for evenings in after long days at the parks. Ceiling fans, room-darkening shades, and air conditioning keep the whole home comfortable year-round, while high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs mean downtime is covered on every level.



Outdoor space

The screened-in pool sits within a spacious backyard with outdoor furniture and a patio — your own private retreat for morning swims, afternoon lounging, or dinner outside as the Florida evening cools down. Free parking on premises rounds out the practical side of things.



Families welcome

The home is set up with families in mind — a pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, and children's dinnerware are all available. A washer and dryer are on-site, along with an iron, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, and a first aid kit.



Getting here & getting around

Lindfields sits in a prime Kissimmee corridor, placing Walt Disney World roughly 20 minutes away and Disney Springs about the same. Universal Studios Orlando is approximately 30 minutes out, SeaWorld Orlando around 25 minutes, and Orlando International Airport (MCO) about 35 minutes from the front door. Shopping, dining, and Old Town Kissimmee are all close at hand.



Good to know

Initial supplies are provided — including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. For longer stays, additional essentials may be needed. Trash cans are equipped; extra bags may be required. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Self check-in via smart lock.



Please note: In order to have the pool heater for your stay you will need to let us know at least 48-72 hours prior to your booking. There is an additional fee of $35 per day for the pool heat.
