Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The home is laid out across a single level with no stairs, keeping everything connected and easy to move through - particularly handy when you're travelling with little ones or guests who prefer level access. The main living area flows naturally through to the kitchen and out to the backyard, with comfortable seating and a TV to gather around at the end of the day. Wifi and a dedicated workspace are available for anyone who needs to stay connected between park days.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. The king master suite includes a private bathroom and direct pool access. A second bedroom features a king bed, the third is fitted with a queen, and the fourth is a themed bedroom with two twin beds - designed with younger guests in mind. Every bedroom includes a TV, ceiling fan, room-darkening shades, hangers, and clothing storage.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for group cooking without the usual juggling act. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, baking sheet, wine glasses, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Cooking basics and barbecue utensils are included, and breakfast is provided to start each day right. When the weather calls for it, take dinner outside - the BBQ grill and outdoor dining area are set up and ready.
 
Outdoor living
The private backyard centres on an inground pool surrounded by sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a dedicated dining area. Pool heating is available for an additional fee - worth considering if you want to use it during cooler mornings or evenings. Bikes are available for getting around locally, and lake access is nearby via a path when you're after a quieter option away from the parks.
 
Game room & entertainment
The converted garage is now a full game room stocked with arcade games, a pool table, foosball, and exercise equipment. It's the kind of space that keeps the group entertained long after you've come in from the pool - whether that's a competitive afternoon or a late-night wind-down.
 
Family-friendly features
Families are looked after throughout. A crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, board games, and life size games are all on hand. The indoor children's playroom and outdoor playground give younger guests their own dedicated spaces, and the themed bedroom adds a fun layer for the kids. Babysitter recommendations are available if needed.
 
Comfort & practicalities
Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep the home comfortable whatever the Florida weather is doing. A washer, dryer, iron, extra pillows and blankets, and full bed linens are all provided. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, bidet, and cleaning products. Exterior security cameras are in place at the front and back of the property - none face the interior. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all present.
 
Getting around & logistics
Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival easy. Free parking is on-site and on the street. The home is pet-friendly and guests have access to nearby resort facilities. Housekeeping is available at an additional cost, long-term stays are welcome, and a private entrance keeps things simple from the moment you arrive.

Easy accessibility to I4 that leads to all Theme parks. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Food delivery by Door dash, uber eats to name a few.
