The pictures online don’t reflect the actual motel. The room was dirty, toilet wasn’t attached to the floor, there was no heat in the room, and the sheets and bed covers smelled musty. We’ve stayed at other properties that were much cleaner that hotels.com rated 8+. This was an 8 rated motel… I would say more like 5. Staff was friendly but that was it.

Parking was fine and secure. Staff friendly. Place had little or no accesories like coffee; only beds, TV and a desk and two good towels. It was cold and first room had no heat. Moved to a second room that was fine. Our main concen was cleanliness, whichwas acceptable.

Check-in process was smooth and staff super helpful. Area didn't feel unsafe. Just needed a place to crash. Do not book if you are looking for more than that. Had some 6 legged roommates but other than that all was ok. Microwave and fridge in room.

Our check-in was great, quick, and easy. When we walked in our room, the whole room smelled. There was a dehumidifier in the middle of the room. They likely have a problem with humidity because the doors don’t shut and seal. All of the metal on the furniture was rusted. This hotel may have been great when it was built, but nothing has been updated since then. We felt totally unsafe, cut our trip short, and checked out the next morning. I requested a refund for the days we will not be there and was refunded with no issues.

First this is an extended stay. There was a gentleman living in the unit next to us that was loud, partied at night while we tried to sleep. Door open all day, his room was trashed. The pool was not usable. Hadn’t been cleaned, cigarette butts in it, hazy and greenish.
