Only 10 minutes from the airport and 40 minutes from the theme parks, this home is located in the Remington community. There is a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball court and huge community pool all located within walking distance of the house. Remington golf course is also very close by (golf green fees not included). There is a newly constructed bike path connecting Remington to St Cloud Lakeshore Park (the house even has 3 bikes available for your use!).
The house itself was beautifully renovated in 2022 to include new flooring, appliances and furniture throughout. All linens and towels are included and are a superior quality. There is a Large, heated pool with a spacious surrounding patio enclosed in an insect-free lanai. This 2-story house boasts 2 full En-suite bedrooms (one King, one Queen) plus two double-twin rooms that share a bathroom. There is an attached garage with opener for your use.
