A bright townhome with its own private pool located on the popular resort of Paradise Palms only minutes from the attractions.

The living room at the rear of the home has a view overlooking the pool area. With comfortable sofas and a large screen TV, it’s a cozy place to relax after a fun-filled day. Cable TV and high speed internet are provided, as well as a gaming console. The generous sized kitchen, with stone countertops and stainless steel appliances, is equipped with everything you may need to cater for your family. There are breakfast bar stools for a quick bite, or a formal dining area to enjoy meals.

The main master bedroom is located upstairs and boasts a kingsize bed, large closet and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub, double sinks and separate toilet. There are two twin bedrooms upstairs, perfect for the children, which share a bathroom. There is an additional bedroom downstairs with queensize bed and own ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The pool deck is very private offering your own secluded space to enjoy a dip in the pool or soak in some Florida sunshine on the loungers. There is also a covered area with table and chairs, great for dining outdoors. And, with the outdoor area screened, you don’t have to worry about bugs.

The gated community of Paradise Palms is a luxurious resort with a large variety of high-class amenities exciting for those of all ages. The stunning clubhouse features a front desk concierge, fitness center, 50-seat cinema, arcade/games room and small store for essentials. Outdoors there is a 5000 sqft tropical oasis swimming pool with slides, waterfall and grotto plus kids play pool. Get active with sports courts, including tennis, basketball and beach volleyball. The hot tub and sauna provide the perfect means to relax and then head to the tiki bar to grab a bite to eat and sip a cocktail as the sun goes down.

Paradise Palms is only 10-15 minutes from Disney and 20-25 minutes from Universal. There is a Publix, Target and a 24hr Walmart within a couple of miles from the resort, as well as a variety of dining and shopping options.

Wish the stay was better

Check in process was easy, communication with property own was good, but the rental needs a new person to clean because they did not do a good job cleaning. so there was a lot wrong: missing blind (on sliding door) stains on carpet marks/ dirt on wall pool full of dead insects/bugs dryer not drying clothes properly stains on sheets & covers hair on sheets trash from shower curtain left in bathroom floor no bathroom mats to dry feet no iron no hair dryer dirty / stained dining room kitchen chairs, all 6 tiny tvs ( computer monitors size) in bedrooms i think once this property get a new cleaner, updated sheet, covers and add things like iron and hair dryers, this property it will be nice to stay in.

Nice place for a short or a long stay

Check in was super easy, we just needed to show ID at the gate the first time and they gave us a paper to scan each time we entered thereafter. We already were provided with a lock box code and it made it really easy to just get there and unload everything. The kitchen is nice, just missing a few key things, like measuring spoons. Wasn't excited about having to buy a whole pack of trash bags to have to lug back on the plane. They only provided one for our 10 day stay, along with only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The sitting area was comfortable, beds were good as well. There were just a few dirty spots and beat up marks on the walls, but other than that it was clean. The washer and dryer upstairs was super convenient. They had beach towels, which was nice. The pool was small, but I knew that when I booked it. My only big complaints are the noise (houses are close together and people are in the pool screaming after 10 PM. Sounded like they were in our house). We tried asking the neighbors twice close to 11 pm to quite down, but they refused. We ended up calling security and they took care of it immediately. You have to sign in to use the gym and can only use it for 1 hour. That was annoying, but not as annoying as walking there to work out only to not be let in because we needed identification. Nothing in the user manual or pamphlet in the room stated that, despite the front desk saying they have given updated flyers and asked the property manager to include it in all houses. The public pool was really nice and not overly busy. However, you're stuck wearing an ugly green bracelet the entire trip unless you want to pay a dollar to replace it each time. The location was decent, about 20 minutes to Disney. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay. If it weren't for the noise and gym time limit, we would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Paradise Palms. The accommodations were very clean and it took little time for us to feel at home. The community is beautiful and the security is very good. The community pool and poolside restaurant were very nice. The daily pickup of trash is a nice feature too. However, some items in the unit needed attention that we have informed the property manager of. We would consider a future stay if these items were addressed.

Only issue we had was at the gate. I sent 4 names that were staying at the property. However the entrance gate only listed 2. Had an issue getting in the other car. The management company was helpful and sent other names, but this was an unnecessary hassle.
