Beautiful home & had a wonderful stay

We all absolutely loved staying at this home. It was a beautiful well maintained home with all of the essentials that are needed when you're traveling. This home was huge there were 9 of us, 3 married couples and 3 single adults, the set up of the house worked out perfect for us. The pool was perfect and the patio area had so much area for visiting. There were a couple small things that could have had some improvement First the trash situation, when we arrived the trash bin where we were supposed to put our trash was already full, there were two full bags of trash already in there. Nobody made sure it emptied prior to us arriving, so we had nowhere to put our trash. We put the trash we'd accumulated in the back of the truck, drove around looking for dumpsters we're supposed to use but we never found them so we ended up driving 300 miles to throw it away at home. I feel like this shouldn' be a thing that happens. The second was is one of the ladied had some mobility issues and she had issues getting in and out of the pool because there's no handlebar on the pool. You would think that there would have been just as a safety precaution for the homeowner in itself. So for her to get in and out of the pool she had to have help from a couple of the other people with us. The communication between myself and Max and Ray was absolutely incredible. If I emailed them for anything I always received a reply with in minutes abd they were very helpful.

The property was exactly as described. Kitchen was well equipped except no potholders recommend bringing some. The dryer did not dry well took 3 cycles to dry clothes but that didn’t really affect our stay. The rental company answered all our questions and were prompt to respond which was appreciated. Would book again.

The house is amazing. It’s very spacious. The bedrooms are nice and comfortable. It’s a very nice neighborhood and it has the Oasis to compliment it. It was so good, we as a family didn’t feel the need to go to any theme parks.Overall, a very nice experience and we’re looking forward to returning.
