The breakfast was okay. It wasn't a huge selection of things to get. The room didn't have any outlets to charge your phone you had to unplug a lamp to charge your phone it was totally different for the pictures they have online. Some of the stuff was not welcoming or friendly. I didn't do laundry because to wash was $3 to dry was $3 a load that was a outrageous price

Our stay at Palazzo Lakeside Hotel was very disappointing. At check-in we were told the room would be cleaned every 3 days, but no one serviced or even checked the room during that time, which is completely unacceptable for a family. On top of that, there was no hot water in the room, and the pool hot water was not working at all, making the pool unusable. The room felt outdated and poorly maintained, and the overall experience did not match what was advertised. For the price, this hotel is not worth it. I would not recommend staying

I never leave reviews, but this place deserves one. It was so clean and employees were so nice. Breakfast was good and a breeze, and lasted all the way til 930 which most places do not do. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time.
