Other than some minor issues with maintenance and some gate issues, everything was great. William was accessible and responsive.

This by far was the worst property I have rented from VRBO. For starters .. this was listed by a travel agent who does not answer the phone or returns messages from the vrbo app. I have several pictures of the "wear and tear" this property has I was hoping to upload with this review. Broken and missing vanity lights. Broken kitchen cabinets. The ice maker is broken. The refrigerator leaks. Trash in the bushes. Along with a dirty pool , a towel full of maggots underneath the grill. My family who we joined us could not believe the price for what we rented. I do not recommend this property.

Clean, convenient, and close to all Disney parks

The location of this Vrbo was close by all stores and Disney parks including Disney springs. My family and I usually stay on property so we have easy access to everything but this allowed for that as well. The house is done very nicely, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and it was very fitting four our family.

Cute house, good location

The house was great. Everyone got their own rooms and bathrooms. The cleanliness could have been a little better. The downstairs bedroom had some kind of wax or something that had splattered down the wall on the carpet and on the bedspread. (Not by us) it was cleaned best it could be I’m sure. Just little things that could have been a little cleaner. Over all we had a great time. The kids loved the pool and the gated community made us feel safe. Would definitely stay again!

Great rental

Loved the house and amenities. There were minor cosmetic flaws inside the house that I wished they were taken care off. After all, don’t many every renter gets charge to pay for any damages? I couldn’t understand the reason as to why the house only came with one trash bag per can (renters be aware). Finally, the waterpark was awesome for kids but some days were disappointing as the waterslides would shutdown for 1-2 hours because the lifeguards would take lunch breaks and close the slides until their return. Overall, I would still recommend
