The washer & dryer are also located on the second floor with these two bedrooms! Bedroom 3 is downstairs and also has a flat screen TV with DVD and a walk in shower in its bathroom. There is tile throughout the common areas.



With a fully equipped kitchen it’s nice to wake up and have breakfast without having to get dressed! Rent a grill and have a BBQ pool side! There is a dining table and bar top counter for eating. The contemporary living room has a flat screen TV and DVD! Relax on the loungers, sit at the table and chairs, soak up some sun poolside and enjoy the beautiful Orlando, Florida weather! This home has no rear neighbors and a small grassy area for kids to run & play.



There is an additional charge for heating the pool plus per day plus tax for a townhome.
