Poor communications/ and extra fees

While we did find the location acceptable, and the house very clean, communication with the management company was very poor. They also charged extra for almost everything we asked for including a pack and play for our baby and heating the pool. none of the remotes were charged for the TVs and one of the arcade games was broken when we got there. also, I’m not sure why there were still a Christmas tree in the living room.

Spring Break In Orlando

Our family of 12 (ranging in age from 65 to 5 months) thoroughly enjoyed our stay… the house was surprisingly large, and the 7 bedrooms were very comfortable and well-appointed. We did experience some issues with WiFi, but a service technician promptly came and resolved the problem. We would recommend that the pool should be cleaned/serviced more frequently during the week to avoid plant debris in the pool. The game room and bunk room were big hits with our grandkids (and adults!!!).

Beautiful and Spacious Property!

We loved our stay here! The home was very very spacious for a large group and was newly updated and renovated, very nicely decorated with modern decor. All of the beds were very comfortable (like memory foam-ish) and the home was very clean. Bathrooms were very clean as well. The backyard space was nice, a bit small and not very private as the neighbors are very close by, but there was a great view of the golf course. Checking in / out was very simple and having access to the Reunion Resort amenities was great. Overall, would definitely recommend and we'd love to return!
