House was great, very clean and spacious. Looks just like the pictures. We had an amazing time, and jeeves was very attentive.

Beautiful home... well kept and very clean!

Encore at Reunion is a beautiful place to stay. We have stayed in Encore 3 other times but this is the first we rented Four Corners. This property was just perfect. It was very clean and was exactly what we needed. The kitchen is beautiful and the furniture is immaculate. We would rent this beautiful home again. We had 4 teenage boys and 3 moms in for a soccer tournament. Very close to all Disney resorts. Would highly recommend this property!

Family WWD vacay

Great location, beautiful home, very clean, We had a worm and roach issue but this is Florida and they need a place to get out of the rain. I highly recommend this home.

Lacking in kitchen

The house was beautiful and well kept. There were quite a few bugs but that is to be expected in Florida. The one disappointment was that the kitchen was not well stocked. There was very little to help you actually cook. There were no hotpads, tupperware or containers for food. There was very limited outdoor/plastic cups plates to use outside. We had a difficult time cooking because there were no casserole dishes and very limited utensils. If you are planning to cook it will be very difficult for you in this home. We also were told that check out was 11am when we checked in, however, at 10 am the door bell rang and we were forced out. The paper work in one area when we looked back did say 10, however, in another area said 11. I would suggest that the company get it together as it was very discouraging to be kicked out an hour earlier then we anticipated.

Clean property, lacking management

The home itself was nice and clean. But we had to call security multiple times for people smoking illegal substances next door and behind us and loud inappropriate music. We had 5 small children swimming every day so that was very bothersome. We also had zero communication from the property management company with initial check in instructions and had to call them. There were also only 2 window coverings on the back doors which didn’t even cover the whole door so privacy at night was lacking in the living room. We also had to call for dishwasher pods 3 times and when they came to deliver them, they opened the front door with the code and came inside while we were out back!! They just came inside!!! Not ok at all. Ultimately, we enjoyed our stay but have had better experiences. It really just seems like the management of this place needs improvement.
