The Space:

In the main hall, you will find an 86-inch screen TV, perfect for movie night or watching a big game! The home has lightning-fast internet to post all your best vacation videos, and all TVs in the house give you access to HBO Max (to watch the Harry Potter series if you like), Netflix, and Disney+. You can also view the TV from the kitchen and the massive custom dining table situated under floating candles. Enjoy an unforgettable meal, maybe even one cooked just as you like on the backyard smoker!

Stand in awe of the enormous stairway, where witches and wizards pause in their frames in midconversation, while you ascend the stairs that lead to a dark forest playroom. Themed games, puzzles, and records will be waiting for you! You can even get sorted by wearing a magic talking hat! You will find the room equipped with soft grass carpets, a view of a great lake, beanbags, and a play tent with a perfect view of the wizarding school at sunset. Don't wander too far into the misty forest!

Choose your adventure upstairs with four bedrooms to visit. Step through a brick frame onto a grass train platform. Your magical creature and luggage are already waiting inside the train, ready for the journey. All aboard! Your train car is equipped with two twin beds and a motion detection-lighted pathway between the beds. Wave goodbye through the windows of the train as you go. Remember your ticket, and make sure the chocolate frogs don't escape on the way!

After arriving at your destination, you will discover two castle-themed common rooms. One for the brave and one for the learner. The primary room is extra large with a couch, swivel-mounted TV, and a glistening chandelier. A custom king bed frame, glass desk vanity, walk-in closet, glistening chandelier, and attached bathroom make the stay more than comfortable. Enjoy a custom-built spa-style shower with a stone floor, rainfall, or handheld showerheads. Bathrooms are stocked with hairdryers, bath, hand, and pool towels for your convenience. The second common room includes a map to study every castle detail, a small desk to write letters to your friends, and a TV.

Conclude your adventure with a trip to a magical vault with stalactites hanging from the ceiling and guards suited in medieval armor.

You'll never feel crowded in this nearly 3,000-square-foot home. Take a breath of fresh air as you enjoy unrestricted pond views from the screened patio. It is the perfect peaceful place to drink a cup of coffee in the morning and an extra joy for nature lovers who can watch exotic ducks, cranes, and other birds roam around the yard and pond freely.

The outdoor space is complete with dining and lounging furniture, a fire pit, and a hammock to relax with a book while watching the sunset. Enjoy all the Florida weather has to offer!

The house also includes a high chair and pack'n-play to make things easier for you to travel without worry! The brand-new, high-end washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board are ready to keep you looking and feeling your best for those vacation photos!

Publix and Walmart Supercenter are each 1 mile away for all your grocery needs. Less than one mile away, you also have your choice of fast food options: Chick Fil A, Starbucks, Chipotle, Five Guys, Taco Bell, Burger King, KFC, Dairy Queen, McDonald's, Dunkin Doughnuts, Waffle House, Pizza Hut, and Wendy's.
