This family friendly lakeside home is just five miles from your favorite theme parks and surrounded by a multitude of dining options, retail shopping, grocery stores and entertainment right outside the resort. This smart home offers high-speed internet/wifi and endless entertainment is just a voice command away.
This home is located within the popular gated Encantada resort (staffed by security personnel 24 hours a day).
The space
Downstairs:
Kitchen -
Get a jumpstart on your day by brewing your favorite cup of coffee or tea (starter set of ground coffee, k cups, and tea provided). Whip up a batch of mickey waffles with the mickey waffle maker provided or create the breakfast of your choice using the fully equipped kitchen (please bring your own ingredients).
The kitchen has the following appliances: refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and oven. Other supplies include: basic pots, pans, cooking utensils, basic spices, mixing bowls, cutting board, knife set, can opener, pizza cutter, blender, Keurig coffee maker (drip and k-cup), tea kettle, cutlery, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, and bottle opener.
Living/Dining Area -
Gather your family at the dining table for a culinary meal you created, or takeout if that’s more your vacation style! The dining table seats six comfortably. After meal time, challenge your family a game of Connect Four or Scrabble with the convenient wall mounted games located beside the dining table. An assortment of board games are available as well for endless game options!
Relax in the living area streaming your favorite shows on the 75” flat screen TV equipped with Apple TV (BYOP^), or ask the smart speaker* to play your favorite song on the Sonos sound system. The living area features one sofa (that’s also a bed!), two club chairs, and two ottomans for additional seating. This area also features a dedicated office space/desk area.
Laundry Room -
In the laundry room you’ll find a new stackable washer and dryer with a starter pack of laundry pods provided. The laundry room also has an iron, ironing board, laundry basket, cleaning supplies, pool towels, a folding high chair with an attached tray, one box fan, luggage rack, linens for the sofa bed, and a wide variety of board games. Feel free to use the Mickey and Minnie stroller for your little ones at the theme parks or around the resort!
Half Bathroom -
Located in this bathroom is a small table for your convenience when needing to quickly change clothes to enjoy the the private hot tub on the lanai or the resort pool nearby. All bathrooms are stocked with: three rolls of toilet paper; hand soap; one shampoo, conditioner, bar soap set; four towel sets (4bath towels , 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, 2 makeup towels); a hairdryer, and small trash bags.
Upstairs:
Main Bedroom -
Enjoy the curated Disney artwork while relaxing on the king size bed overlooking the lake view from the window. Stream your favorite shows on the 70” flat screen TV equipped with Apple TV (BYOP^), or ask the smart speaker* to play your favorite song on the Sonos sound system. The room is equipped with two nightstands with built in usb and power plugins, lamps, collapsible desk, and a dresser. The closet has a large changing pad for your little one, one box fan, one luggage rack, and hangers.
The ensuite bathroom has a standing shower and equipped with supplies as listed above in the half bathroom.
Second Bedroom -
Your little ones will love getting to choose their bed with three options! This room features a twin bed over a full size bunk bed with a twin trundle below it. There’s plenty of storage room for clothes in the built-in drawers on the stairs of the bunk bed or in the night stand. More entertainment is featured in this room with two arcade games. Stream your favorite shows on the 60” flat screen tv with connected Apple TV (remember BYOP^), or ask the smart speaker* to play your favorite song on the Sonos sound system.

The ensuite bathroom has a standing shower and is equipped with supplies as listed above in the half bathroom.
Lanai -
After a long day at the theme parks, relax on the screened in lanai overlooking the private resort lake! Soothe sore muscles in the private hot tub or enjoy a cocktail while lounging on the outdoor seating. Enjoy a game of outdoor Connect Four or a game of cornhole while you take in the lake view and fresh air on the lanai!
* Smart Speakers are located downstairs and in each bedroom. Three popular voice assistants are all available in each of these areas. Control music, lights, shades, and more with your voice!
^ BYOP, or “Bring Your Own Passwords” for the Apple TV in the living room and both bedrooms. The Apple TV has all of the popular streaming services installed for easy access. Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, and MANY more! We’ve also included our collection of over 500 movies on the Apple TV!

Resort Amenities -
During your stay you’ll have full access to the resort’s many amenities with no additional fees or codes needed! Take a leisure walk, or jog if that’s more your style, around the private lake walking path. Make a day at the resort pools with two heated pools available for use at the clubhouse. One pool is a zero entry pool. Relax poolside in the many lounge chairs and tables surrounding the pool while enjoying a cocktail, snack, or meal from the poolside restaurant and bar. If fishing is a hobby of yours then you’re in luck! Catch and release fishing is allowed around the private lake and there’s a fishing pier located by the clubhouse. Your little one will love the toddler playground located near the clubhouse. You can even sneak in a workout during your stay in the fitness center located in the clubhouse. The clubhouse is manned by resort personnel each day and there’s a business center and ATM inside the clubhouse as well.
Other things to note
Please note there is no daily garbage collection by resort. Please take trash daily or as needed to the resort garbage facility located beside the resort clubhouse to keep a tidy home.
