The GOOD, the BAD, and the UGLY

As this appears to be the first review for this property, I wanted to be as thorough as possible. Apologies for the lengthy summary.THE GOOD: The house is absolutely huge. There are enough bedrooms and bathrooms for a whole village. The pool table and air hockey were used daily when we weren't in the pool. The backyard was stunning and I think by day 3 we finally negotiated the pool alarm without any piercing noises! The whole house was immaculate and super cozy for this size.THE BAD: The house is in more of a residential neighborhood as opposed to Champions Gate. The house backs up to Ronald Regan Parkway. You hear traffic all day and all night. We are from Miami so the nightly barrage of police sirens was unnerving even to us. One of the neighbors said the police activity is pretty standard. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. This wasn't really bad but when the management company stated they cannot legally keep condiments in the pantry/refrigerator they mean it. The sweet neighbor helped us out in a ketchup emergency :) THE UGLY: In the early morning hours on the day of our check-in, I received check-in procedures sent by the management company, ELLIS EXCLUSIVE VILLAS. Much to my surprise, they had us checking in to a completely different property. I immediately responded to the email with the correction. So...8AM, no response from EEV. 9AM, no response from EEV. 10AM, well, you get the idea. I tried contact via email, phone to

Good size and location

The home was as described and a short drive from Disney. The home could have been cleaner, needs a thorough cleaning baseboards, carpets, etc. The single pane windows allowed for lots of noise from all of the emergency vehicles sirens that resulted in lots of disturbed sleep. It was our first trip to Florida and the amount of roaches was shocking. It seemed like every time you opened a cupboard there was another one. Having owned a home in Arizona we had monthly exterminator treatment and had no issues. Based on observing store bought bug treatment being used I would recommend using a exterminator company for the comfort of future guests. We found and killed them upstairs and downstairs, it was not a pleasant experience to deal with.
