Al llegar la reservación no estaba, el personal muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar pero no había reservación hecha por parte del hotel, llame a hoteles.com y ellos solucionaron lo de la reserva pero no me dieron Villa que se reservo y pagó, la habitación era pequeña para 6 personas y con un solo baño. Tomo muy en serio mis vacaciones en familia y es decepcionante llegar y encontrar que no es lo que tú seleccionaste. El personal muy amable especialmente Lory que sus primeras palabras fueron no encuentro tu reservación pero no te preocupes yo te voy a ayudar y no te vas a quedar sin un lugar para tu familia.
