12 minutes from Disney this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental home in Kissimmee can help you achieve that magical vacation you're looking for. It's also only a 25 min drive to Universal Studios and 19 mins to Sea World. The property is the perfect home base for those seeking unforgettable days at the parks or relaxing mornings on the golf course. In addition to the unbeatable location, you'll find a private pool, hot tub, and a fully furnished game room all at this home!

In addition to the super convenient location, everything is very well cared for. The space is clean, comfortable, and bright. It creates a very relaxing atmosphere.

The house sleeps 10 with 2 on couches. One of the couches would only fit a shorter person or child.

The whole property.

There is a property manager, David, who lives nearby and is available for you anytime. I've found him to be very good.

There's always something to do in Kissimmee. There are more than a dozen theme/amusement parks, golfing, jet skiing, museums, medieval dinners, machine gun ranges, zip lines, and under two hours away are beaches and the Kennedy Space Center. There are too many more attractions to mention them all. This villa is in a very convenient location central to most everything.

I recommend a rental car or using Uber/Lyft. The rental cars are very reasonably priced in the area.

The pool heating is $25 per day to cover the costs (standard for the area). It's a gas heater so it gets to temperature all year and heats the pool and spa. If you'd like it please let me or David know.

Small trained pets are allowed with a $100 fee per pet.

Spring vacation for Disney

Recent stay for a spring trip to Disney with the family, we frequently go down to Orlando for short trips and stay in this subdivision regularly, this was bit less on the nicer end and is a bit dated, it has a few newer updates, but definitely could use a good deep cleaning, very dusty and stained walls throughout, and having carpeting in a pet friendly rental is usually a no-no, due to allergens and odors. I took consideration with the previous reviews in my expectations,overall a6/10 the location is great but that's about it.

Everything was clean, the house had everything we needed, and lots of room. We had great communication with the owner as well as the manager of the property. 10 ouy of 10 Highly recommend this home for your vacation!!!

My husband and I stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary. Short story is the house was very dirty. The property manager was friendly and honest but he knew about the bath towels being stained with pink, blue, and brown spots. He said he didn't want us to go without towels. That's gross! There was an inch of dust collected on all the ceiling fans, food stains all over the walls, and I had to clean the property with the cleaning products I brought during the trip. The property manager was suppose to bring a new toaster because the current one was broken, but he never did. He did however go to walmart and purchase new bath towels and left them by the front door. I would not recommended this house. Especially to someone who has severe allergies to dust or mold. There was suppose to be 2 keys, there was only 1 and the front door was very difficult to unlock. Pretty much the only reason I stayed in the house is I had my own cleaning supplies, the property manager ( David) did bring new bath towels, fixed the front door, supplied us with a second key, and fixed the drain in the bath tub. On top of everything else, my family returned home with covid. Also the whole $25 dollar a day to heat the pool, there should be something saying $ 25 dollar to heat the pool AND hot tub. I will not be staying in this home again. Hopefully Expedia will allow me to post pictures of the condition of the home when we arrived.

Felt it could have been a little nicer .. TV in living room never worked and there was no instructions on how to turn it on. Remote did not work at all. Also, internet information provided did not allow me to get internet access .. There was no network for what I was provided. Backyard cushions on lounge chairs were pretty dirty.
