This place is very spacious and quiet. If you need additional accommodations please reach out. The property is perfect if you're visiting for Disney or any of the surrounding parks. Its a lot of theme parks in the area. I'm in the process of creating a directory book for all guests. There's on-site restaurant located at the clubhouse within 5min walk inside the community. You can host special events/dinners and request for special menu. I can put you into contact with restaurant owner to per-coordinate your arrangements before you arrival.

There is a keypad on the front door for seamless and secure entry. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, just confirm in advance with your hosts. From this fully furnished townhouse, you are a one minute walk to the sparkling community pool, surrounded by padded sun loungers under large umbrellas and cabanas.

Work up a sweat in the high tech fitness center overlooking the pool, let your kids play in the children’s area, and enjoy five- star meals from the on-site restaurant. The on-site restaurant can make many other off the menu items besides Italian cuisine. They also do special catered meals with requests only. I can help coordinate any advanced special occasion events. Grab a pool lounger when the sun goes down and enjoy Disney’s firework show poolside!

Family Disney trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This property was easy to access and well-situated for visiting Disney parks. We usually stay on Disney property, but we were very happy having more spacious accommodations this trip, with each of the four bedrooms having its own ensuite bathroom (and the extra bathroom off the kitchen was an added bonus). The property was just as pictured in the listing. The kitchen was very well-organized and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and well-maintained. Parking is directly in front of the unit for very easy loading/unloading. We did not use any of the resort amenities due to a short stay. We would definitely return to this property for a future trip. Communication with the owner/property manager was excellent. Thank you for a great stay!

great location in a safe area with shopping and restaurants everywhere

The condo was immaculate! better than the pics displayed. We were in town to visit Disney for 3 days. the location and ease of getting to the parks without traffic was wonderful. I believe it was about 8 min to magic kingdom. We used the pool area of the property a couple of times and it was quiet and clean. The beds are for and the sheets and comforter were very comfortable. there were 6 of us in our party and we had plenty of space for everyone. Every room having their own shower was perfect for getti6 ready to head out. The host was very responsive and very helpful. We had a minor hiccup at 2am that we needed assistance with and put host responded immediately and even checked in with us the next day. This property is beautiful and geared more toward older children and adults. We loved it!!!

Super grand, pour voyager en famille c'était l'idéal. Les communications avec l'hôte ont été faciles et rapides. Il y a en général tout ce qu'il faut aussi, bien qu'il serait chouette d'avoir accès à au moins un linge pour esssuyer la vaisselle, des filtres à café, du sel et du poivre. Nous recommandons vivement l'endroit, nous avons bien aimé et c'était très bien situé pour voyager en Uber jusqu'à Disney!

Location is great

The property is conveniently located. 10/15 minutes to all Disney parks, even with traffic. The house is huge. 4 large bedrooms and bath for each bedroom with an extra half bath. Everything you need is there. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Will most definitely be back!!

Great Stay

We rented this place for its close proximity to ESPN Wide World of Sports - drive less than 10 minutes. Were in town for an AAU basketball tournament. Had 3 adults and 4 teenage boys and the number of bathrooms was perfect. Deondra was super responsive and the townhome was just as advertised. We will stay here again nexr year!

Location and size can't be beat

This was a wonderful property. The property itself was large and easily accommodate two kids and five adults. It had everything we needed and the host was both quick to respond and attentive. The amenities were nice, especially the pool. The location in regards to Disney also couldn't be beat. Overall we had a great stay and would gladly stay there again on a future trip.
