Stay was lovely all week. Lovely weather and lovely complex will definitely stay here again. The only things I could recommend that would have been better, the downstairs bathroom shower never got hot, even though yes there were 3 other bathrooms, this would have been beneficial. The pool filter was not running all week until Friday. I don’t know if this was something that we needed to do or if it was something that was extra. Other than these few things the stay was lovely and we can’t wait to come back!

Could have been better.

All of the mattresses were soiled terribly. Hope they replaced all of them for the next guest. All of the cooking pans were scratched up and not useable. Eventually new pans were dropped off for us. Overall the parks were fun, but staying with the issue listed above dampened the mood.

Good place for big families

The place was nice and comfortable. It wasn't as clean as I would have expected in a rental - we found items left under the beds and seems it could have used a deep cleaning in the bathrooms and the pool. I would recommend some activity items- a couple board games and some pool items. The amenities at the clubhouse were very nice and overall we enjoyed our stay.

There were a few things I noticed upon arrival that’s weren’t clean. Nothing major. Everything worked as needed. We had a great time. I would for sure recommend getting the pool heated as it was way to cold to even get in to swim. The pool was not clean upon our arrival either.

Great for family vacation

This house is very quiet, clean, and has everything we need for our family vacation. We had the pool heated (93 degree) and it was wonderful to have some water fun as a relaxing and break from Disney. We also loved the neighborhood and it’s convenience to Disney and shopping, exceeding our expectation and will stay next time.

Very nice house and well furnished. The gate scanner for entrance needs to be repaired as the scanner would not work properly on a consistent basis. Very convenient to attractions and restaurants.

Spring Break 2020

We had such a great time here. The house was beautiful and made our vacation feel like a home away from home. It was clean, neat, and the space was wonderful! I did not want to leave l! The club house pool and lazy river were amazing. The resort really makes it enjoyable for everyone! We will definitely be coming back!

Superbe maison

C’était notre 4e séjour à Storey Lake et nous avons beaucoup aimé cette maison. La décoration était vraiment belle. C’était très agréable d’y vivre. Comme nous y restions 35 jours, il est arrivé que nous avons du communiquer avec l’agence pour l’air climatisé qui a fait défaut ou des lumières qui ont brûlées. L’agence répondait très rapidement et les réparations étaient faites le jour même. Donc très bonne communication avec cette agence, Il y a aucun problème pour le stationnement juste en face de la maison. Je recommande cette maison sans hésitation. Ce complexe est à la hauteur de nos attentes.
