We arrived at the house late at night. What a huge dissapointment. The place was filthy. Dirty walls, dirty carpets, hauled down the covers off the bed, it had 3 huge stains on the sheets & a bug crawling in the bed. The other bedroom had fecies on the carpet behind the door & bugs crawling on the baseboards along with being filthy. There were bugs crawling on the countertop in the kitchen, the table & the sofa. We had to leave & pay top dollar for another hotel. The manager of wonder vacation homes would not consider a refund or any other compensation or accommodation. I cannot give this place or wonder vacation homes a worst review. The manager was rude and nasty, gaslighting us concerning our valid issues. Take it or leave it was his attitude, your only staying there not buying the place I was told, doesn’t matter if the place is worn or dirty. Horrible customer service - no service at all!, I will never ever deal with this company again.

Garage didnt work, it atated private pool, but it was a community pool. Marks were all over the walls, table in living room worn. The security deposit posted to my account, must people have it pending. I wasnt asked if i wnted to use another card for it or nothing. There was no rags, no extra tissue. For the price i was expecting a private pool for this price i could have stayed at orange lake. And had better amenities. I will never stay here again. Nice neighborhood but streets are to crowded
